About Poldowrian

Poldowrian is an incredibly special place. It has been our family home for over 60 years. We offer the New House and gardens for occasional holiday use, to discerning guests who will appreciate the magic of the place. The house can accommodate up to 10 people.

Poldowrian is a small, secluded farm with ¾ mile of rugged cliffs, glorious coastal walks, and one of Cornwall’s most unusual woodland gardens. It is situated on the south coast, about 4 miles from the scenic villages of Coverack and St Keverne. The nearest town is Helston, about 20 minutes drive.

This is a remote location: apart from two other houses on the estate, the nearest neighbours are over ½ mile away. Kennack Sands, a large sandy public beach, is within easy walking distance. There is also good bathing at Coverack and many other nearby beaches. Most of Cornwall’s tourist attractions and main towns are within about one hour’s drive.
